I like the pier and the greenish color. Also the light going over the horizon looks interesting. I'm not all too fond of the strong lights from the lamps and the tilted horizon, think it would be fine with tilted if you didn't see the horizon because the nicely positioned pier. It's only my taste I guess ;)

the longest shutterspeed my camera got is 30 seconds... 10 minutes and more would be soo great....

Yeah, you'll need to shoot in Bulb, so that you can expose longer

Set to Manual mode, then the shutter speed set way beyond 30 sec. You'll see BULB, which means you click once to open and click again to close. You decide how long is the exposure

i tried it... but theres no BULB..perhaps my camera doesnt have that coooooool feature :(....

Come on, I'm sure there is. 400D is a new camera, even on the film days there is Bulb to shoot with. Read the manual perhaps?
