They setup the carnival near the famous 'square'. I walked through there but it was too late of the day. Too dark. I have no choice but to make long exposure. I think the straight-looking light was from bicycle lamp. Other than that are quite self-explanatory.

Yeah I hate taking pictures at night 'cause you always end up needing longer exposure time. Either way, sweet ghosted motion on the wheel.
